My Discoverer viewer(11g) is giving Error connection when trying to connect to one Apps Environment

Hi ,

I am using Discoverer 11g which is perfectly working with my other 4 non prod EBS R12.1.3 environments.Hoever, one of my newly created instance is giving me issue in connection and when trying to login disco plus with sysadmin credentials, it's throwing " A connection Error.- Error occured while fetching the Oracle Applications user details.

Just to update , i have correctly set my tnsentry for 12.1.3 environment under config/tnsnames.ora
also, the correct dbc file is used and copied under discoverer config location.

Appreciate any pointers fixing this.
