We are implementing a process to score and classify accounts using a questionnaire designed in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA). The responses need to be integrated into Oracle CX for maintaining a history of changes and approvals. We aim to keep the CX side generic, ensuring that no changes are necessary when forms are modified or new forms are created. This is crucial for supporting tender classification, scoring, and consultant tiering processes without making any changes in CX side. Hence, we want to create a custom parent object and Child object. Under child Object we want to create multiple records for each question-answer pair to make a generic model.
In Policy Modelling, can we create multiple records for each question-answer pair into CRM?
