MFA multi-factor- authentication fail due to app lost

Hi,

I have lost my mobile and right now I do not have the app passcode or anything else to log in to my Oracle Cloud account. Kindly resolve this problem I have tried for the last 10 days but no one has resolved the issue.

or tell me the way so that I can resolve this on my own.
