MDI Window Scrollbars Appeared After 6i to 14c Upgrade - Removal Needed

After upgrading from Forms 6i (client-server) to 14c (Web), unwanted scrollbars appeared in the MDI main window. These scrollbars:

Didn't exist in 6i (clean display)
Are now permanently visible in 14c
Break our application's UI consistency

is there a way to remove them?
