May i know what wrong with my installation when i install J2SE

The problem are. I need to install this before install jcreater. But when i inst J2SE Development Kit 5.0, then i instail jcreator . It seem all right. now the problem is. it totall cannot run. no error message and everything seems it all right for me. and i have unstall it quite a few time and install it back. It still cannot works.

The installation are i get from my friend who had already install and works well. Can anyone help me?
