Mapping name is not unique in ODI 12c

Hi,
I have been using ODI 12c in windows 11 .
if I try to execute the mapping with some minor changes the following error will occur

ODI-10207: Uncategorized exception during transaction system usage.
oracle.odi.core.repository.RepositoryIntegrityViolationException: ODI-26211: Mapping name is not unique.

for every single change in mapping ODI throws the same error
please let me know is there any solution for this.
