Manually created pdb not visible in console

Hi,

we have oracle version 19.24 on oci with container database. We created a PDB manually on this container in the command line. ie, using SQL> create pluggable database….. command.

After this, the database is not visible in the console.

A full backup from the console is also going fine; but not able to restore this particular PDB. It is failing with an error and telling to contact support.

Followed this doc Doc ID 2438598.1 to enable tde also on the new PDB. But still, it is not visible.

Any help regarding this is much appreciated. Going to raise an SR as well.
