Mail still in Mail Queue without error's but not received in mailbox

Hi All,

I am trying to set SMTP in our Apex Oracle 23.1 setup. However, after the configurations, the mail is still in the queue without errors and have not receive the mail in the inbox.

The current setup is between our ms365 SMTP setup with an app password.

I have shared the steps that I did:-

  1. Downloaded the ms365 root certificate and placed in the wallet folder and uploaded in the oracle wallet.

    1. Created the ACL rules with SYS@PDB and created the rules.

    1. Added the smtp host, username, app password and wallet setup.

4. Triggered the mail from SQL and pushed it to the queue.

No error's in a queue or job, still the mail not sent to the inbox. Can anyone please help me to resolve the issue?
