I am Srinath, working at Akranta Technologies. We are supporting an application called Perfex 360. The application experiences slow performance during a specific time window, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. After 10:30 AM, the application runs fast.
We checked the TNS ping before the issue, during the issue, and after the issue. Before and after the problematic time period, the TNS ping results are around 10 to 20 ms. However, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM, the TNS ping takes significantly longer, with times rising to 44,000 ms, 25,000 ms, and fluctuating above 15,000 ms.
We analyzed both the application and the database, and we didn’t find any bugs. There is also no scheduler running during this particular time from either the application or the database side. We have been facing this issue for the last 18 days.
Could you provide a solution to resolve this issue?
