Hello Oracle Community,
I need help recovering access to my Oracle Cloud Free Tier account. I lost my MFA/authenticator device and cannot log into the OCI console at cloud.oracle.com.
Account: ez2sarang@gmail.com | Tenant: ez2sarang | Always Free tier
Problem: The bypass code option shows null as destination (no backup MFA method was configured).
Already tried: (1) Bypass code - null destination. (2) Oracle Sales chat - requires business email. (3) IDCS console - no admin bypass for free tier.
Please help reset my MFA or advise the correct support channel for Free Tier MFA recovery.
