Load testing for Siebel IP24 tool

We are upgrading Siebel from IP16 to IP24. UAT testing is done. Partner failed to construct 20 Test case using Loadrunner for Load testing.

Ask : Do we have experts in using the Loadrunner to support this exercise optionally can we utilize our OATS in such exercise? and which team to get in touch with.
