Link a row in an interactive report to PDF form or MS Access form

I am new to APEX 3.2 development.
I migrated MS Access to Oracle 10g XE and created a simple APEX application with interactive reports.

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to link each row in the report to an Access Form or PDF file?
