In performance management module when a manager finishes their associate's appraisal and shares the finalize appraisal with their employee, the seeded notification included data in the notification that we did not want included in the notification. The notification would normally display all the appraisal details and objectives nicely laid out in the email. We modified the workflow in workflow builder to essentially remove everything from the notification except for one sentence.
This change is working correctly except for when a user goes into the user preferences and changes the default application language to something other than 'american english'. How does once stop this from happening. We have not found multiple versions of the workflow in workflow builder for each language, so i am unsure as to how we can attack this problem.
