JDeveloper 12.2.1.4, Columns not visible properly when horizonal scrollbar in table

Hi,

I am using JDeveloper 12.2.1.4 and facing below issue when there is no Data in table and table have horizontal scroll bar.

This also coming we drag and drop only table without any other layout components.

it is just a af:query with table.

is there any bug or any workaround for this.

i have tried inlinestyle for table height and autoHeightRows and tried using css to increase table height,nothing worked.

Please suggest.
