JAVA 15&16 Won't get folder access on Catalina (MacOS)

Hello,
I've been using JAVA since JAVA 4 without any installation problems, but now I can't get off JAVA 14:
although all folder permissions have been set, any release since then gets NO access to Desktop, Documents
and scripts started from JAVA applications can't access them either.
Going back to JAVA 14.0.2 solves any problem, but as Oracle insists to upgrade to 16 ......
Any idea?

P.S.: I can't upgrade to Big Sur (btw).
