Problem Description

As per standard Oracle functionality, Item Attribute Controls can be setup at "Master Org Level" or "Transaction Org Level" globally within an instance. For Example, if Item Status Attribute is setup at "Org Level" then it applies to all Operating Units in the instance.
If the business need is to add a new operating unit and have attribute control of Item Status at Org Level for an OU, the current functionality does not allow it as it is controlled at instance level.
This business need could be with any company. So, we are requesting if an enhancement request be logged to allow attribute control at OU level?
