I have successfully installed WCC & WCP and integrated them with Oracle EBS. Additionally, Enterprise Capture is also installed, and we are maintaining documents within EBS. Now, I want to use the Capture Client to scan documents and upload them to EBS.
The functionality works as expected for some SSO users; however, it is not functioning for all users. Could you please assist in improving the configuration or identify any potential issues causing this inconsistency for certain users?
