Issue when running report in APEX. The printing engine could not be reach........

Hello All,

We are trying to generate a report using Bi Publisher in APEX, but the we cant run the report.

Please find error: ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either the URL specified is incorrect or a proxy URL needs to be specified.
