Issue in Table height inside Popup

I have Issue in POPUP

I have one table surround by panelCollection inside popup and that table has "Add New Row" functionality.

Table has autoHeightRows="5";

But when table is empty and I add second row then it shows the scrollbar. It should not display scrollbar until sixth row as per autoHeightRows value.

Please advice on this.
