Isolated Client Sessions

I downloaded toplink9045_win32.zip from oracle website. I thought this supports "Isolated Client Sessions". But looks like it does not. I was looking into the API at http://download-east.oracle.com/otn_hosted_doc/toplink/1013/b13698/ but i cannot use oracle.toplink.descriptors.ClassDescriptor.

Is this feature still in beta and no downloads available to make use of it in production right now ?
