Is there any way to get the list of all downloaded reports with its details from Oracle Webcenter Co

I have an application in OWCC containing the reports which user can download.

I need the full list of reports(Documents) which has been downloaded by the user from Oracle Webcenter Content. Is there any possible way to get the list along with its details (downloaded DcoID, Downloaded date, user, etc)
Please Suggest any possible way.
