Is there any chance the CM4 can be added to the Oracle Linux 8.4 image for Raspberry Pi 4

I've been looking at installing Oracle Linux on a Compute Module 4 but after trying many things I have realised there is no bcm2711-rpi-cm4.dtb in the boot partition. I have very little knowledge of these things and so was wondering if anyone knows of an update to include the Compute Module in in the Raspberry Pi Image.
