Is there a way to default the offering page ?

I'm constantly going to this page - is there a way to default the Setup section to 'Fusion Accounting Hub' in - My Enterprise - Setup and Maintenance -instead of having to use the drop down each time ? Is there a setting page or preference somewhere in the system ?
