Is Oracle Webcenter Sites and Fatwire are different or same?

Hi,
I would like to download Fatwire content management server 7.6 or the latest one into my PC. When i was going through the oracle site i found out webcenter site 11gR1. My doubt is this if i want to learn Fatwire which one to download. Appreciate your advice.
