I have installed Oracle 21c Express and now I am trying to install the Oracle ODBC drives.
I downloaded instantclient-basic-windows.x64-21.3.0.0.0
Unzipped it into C:\Oracle\instantclient_21_3
Updated my path env var to include C:\Oracle\instantclient_21_3
installed MS V C++ 2015-2022
downloaded instantclient-odbc-windows.x64-21.3.0.0.0
unzipped it into C:\Oracle\instantclient_21_3
Then I ran odbc_install.exe as admin... I am prompted to make sure I want to run it. I select Yes and then nothing...
I looked and I didn't find any errors in the event log.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
