I don't receive a password recovery message

A few weeks ago I wanted to go in and check what was going on on my server. I enter the password, but it doesn’t work, I tried to reset it about 3 times, no notifications by email. I tried to write to online support, to which they told me to go here to the form because they could not recover my password.

I have almost all the data from the account (those that I remember), I can provide the date of account registration or anything that will somehow help recovery.
