Paid Account
I am currently unable to access my account. Login attempts fail, and all of my cloud compute servers appear to be suspended. I have no prior notice or clear information explaining why the account has been restricted.
All of my production infrastructure is hosted within this account, including:
Cloud Compute instances
Object Storage bucket backups
Critical operational data
At the moment, I cannot access any of these resources.
This situation is extremely critical. Prolonged downtime may result in severe operational disruption and significant financial liability, including potential penalties from government authorities.
I respectfully request:
Immediate clarification regarding the reason for account suspension
Urgent restoration of account access
Immediate reactivation of all compute and storage resources
