How to update credentials in ODEE .bindings file

I need to change my assembly line password (dmkr_asline) and am not sure how to update it in the .bindings file. I have a sample of what is in my .bindings file (obviously, the Content line has been modified since I'm posting it). Since it is encrypted, I am not sure how to update the password.

Any help would be appreciated.
