I am getting the error "ORA-01404 - Alter column will make an index too large" for some columns.
Dropped the unique constraint of one of these indexes and was able to drop the index so the character set conversion will continue.
The problem is that the conversion process keeps running and have not been able to stop it, so I can restart from the pre-conversion steps.
Exit DMU and reenter several times but the only options I get are to resume the conversion or disconnect. Even brought down the db.
I understand that if I am able to re-start the conversion process, it will recognize the changes I made to the indexes.
