How to save some images as one image

Hi,all
I'm now making an application,one image is used as backgroud of a panel,I add some panels on the former panel with differents image,just like
cards on chassis,u know.I know the way to save one image ,but I don't know how to save such different images as one image(card on chassis,totally
as one),anyone know help me ,please,
