How to make the mirror drive bootable

807557Jan 8 2009 — edited Jan 8 2009
I have two drives that have Solaris 10 on them, mirrored.
How do I boot off the 2nd drive to make sure that the mirroring works, in case the primary fails.

It doesn't look like it's bootable now:

# eeprom | grep -i bootpath
bootpath=/pci@0,0/pci10de,376@a/pci1000,3150@0/sd@0,0:a

# cat /platform/i86pc/boot/solaris/bootenv.rc | grep -i bootpath
setprop bootpath /pci@0,0/pci10de,376@a/pci1000,3150@0/sd@0,0:a
