How to personalize hrms notification page in ebs r12.2.10

I am trying to modify a hrms notification. Its seeded oaf page notification. It has the field I wish to display. I am doing rendered as true but still the field is not getting displayed. Even the label is not getting printed from that region. Am I missing anything? I have tried both responsibility and site level display.

I am ebs r12.2.10.
