How to change default language of a database to Hindi in Oracle

Dear all,
I want to change the output of the database in Hindi language.. How can i do it..
It will be better if my inputs are in english & I want to print my reports in hindi language
using the data entered in english language..
If language conversion is not possible then How can I change the language of
input as well as output in Hindi..
Please help me to get out of this..
