How to add another scrollbar at the top of the classic report

Hello everyone,

is it possible to add a horizontal scrollbar at the top and bottom of a Classic report? The scrollbar at the bottom of the classic report is integrated by default, but is it possible to add an additional one at the top?

I would be very grateful for any advice!

Oracle Apex Version: 23.2.6
