How can I launch forms and reports builder 12.2.1.4.0 on Oracle Linux 7

I need help on how to launch forms and reports builder release 12.2.1.4.0 on Oracle Linux 7 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.7.

I don't know the locations of the scripts or binaries to invoke to launch them. I've successfully installed and configured it. I've read through all related oracle documents, but not found any information relevant to this subject.

Please help.
