History Tab Not Getting Populated

As i Edit / inspect any assets in the WebCenter Sites the History Tab is not getting pouplated with the edited Assets. The Histroy Tab is visible to me, However there is no Data In it (Blank History Table).

I am currently using java 1.7.0_03-b05.
