[HELP] Can't login to my account because 2 auth factor

Hello, I don't know if I picked the correct category.

Recently I initialized my smartphone and unfortunately I didn't transfer correctly the Mobile Authenticator App. With that, I can't login anymore to my account because the device changed, and I can't even have a bypass code or anything like that. I already contact customer service, and couldn't help, saying that I've to write a post here in the forum.

Some Oracle dev can help me pls?
