Google search methodology

Hi guys,

We have millions of rows of xml data, and would like to develop a google style search capability on these xml rows/data, using Oracle text capability.
Our env. is Oracle 11gR2 RAC EE, Susu 10, this is a pretty huge db.

we need the scoring capability too, some thing like same as ranking mechanism in google.

Need your guidance, suggestions & advices, how we can accomplish this.
