Hello All,
Current configuration:
RDBMS version: 11G
GG version:19.1.0.0.4

LIB version: Oracle 11g
********** GGSCI Header start ************
Version 19.1.0.0.4 31145978_FBO

Operating system character set identified as ISO-8859-1.
********** GGSCI Header end************
Post upgrade:
RDBMS version: 19C
GG version:19.1.0.0.4
Lib version: Oracle 19c

********** GGSCI Header start ************
Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle
Version 19.1.0.0.4 OGGCORE_19.1.0.0.0_PLATFORMS_191017.1054_FBO
Linux, x64, 64bit (optimized), Oracle 19c on Oct 17 2019 21:16:29
Operating system character set identified as ISO-8859-1.
********** GGSCI Header end**********

Question:
We are upgrading RDBMS version from 11G to 19C, during this process we are deinstalling the current golden gate setup (which had been installed with INSTALL_OPTION=ORA11g) and installing it back (with INSTALL_OPTION=ORA19C).

Wanted to check if there is an easier way to upgrade the lib without a cycle of deinstalling and install?

Thanks,
Sid
