not sure if this is the right place for this post but its the ‘best candicate’ forum i can find.
We are ready to ‘jump’ to weblogic 14.1.2 and Forms-Report 14.12
I am implementing this on Windows.
I have installed weblogic 14.1.2 infrastructure and forms-reports 14.1.2
I have configured everything and all ‘was’ working perfectly fine.
Untill, i tried to Patch weblogic .
The SPB Patch installed without issues, and after a restart ALL services (Node Manager, Weblogic, WLS_FORMS, WLS_REPORTS, report server component) startup with no issues.
However, if i try to access my application or any other form (even the ‘default test form’) i always get an FRM-93552 (either https, or http - through FSAL)
I have tried both April 26 SPB and June 26 SPB (OF course on separate occasions after server restore, not patch on top of each other) but i always get the dreaded FRM-93552 (and if i try to check the reports jobs history , i get the cannot bind error .
I have searched high and low and the only information i can find on this matter, is that indeed April 26 and June 26 weblogic SPBs lead to library issues and the fix for Linux at least is to ‘relink’ libraries.
however nothing is said (or that i have found) to give a solution for Windows OS.
i even had to ask co-pilot …. copilot says the ‘accepted’ solution is to rollback the patches and ‘live’ with January 26 patch .
The ‘vulnerability’ app is alerting the Systems team of multiple vulnerabilities on this ‘test’ Oracle Box, which we need to eradicate, as the plan is to setup a proper PROD box !
Any ideas please ?
