I am a teacher at a secondary school and we are using Oracle Apex free workspaces as a fantastic tool to learn how to create data-driven apps.
I am having major issues with setting my password for my free space, and some of my students are also having issues.
It does not matter how many times I try to reset my password, the system is not remembering it. The only way I can access the workspace is by re-setting the password every time I go to log in. I also need to be able to view my students work for assessment and the password troubles are making this very challenging.
Is this a common or known issue with the free workspaces? If anyone can provide any help at all I would be deeply grateful. I am concerned about myself or my students eventually being permanently locked out of our workspaces.
