Hello Oracle team,
My name is Kyeung Goo YEO, and I am currently using Oracle Cloud under the Free Tier.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the service because the Tokyo region (my only subscribed region) shows persistent “out of capacity” errors. I have attempted to create compute instances multiple times but always failed due to capacity limitations.
As a Free Tier user, I understand that I cannot subscribe to additional regions via the Console or contact support directly.
Therefore, I am kindly asking for your help to change my default region to another one where resources are available (such as Osaka or Seoul), so I can begin using Oracle Cloud for learning and development purposes.
I sincerely appreciate any help you can provide.
