Frayed strings

Hi all.

I'm completely green when it comes to Java so bear with me on this one.

I need a simple script that can change the casing of an entered string into the correct casing shown below (our workshop lads don't understand the difference between caps lock and shift)

i.e.
From : EXAMPLE STRING FOR EXAMPLES SAKE
To : Example String For Examples Sake

As I said - totally new to Java, so try not to baffle me with variables, constants, functions etc....just a simple script will do nicely if you can help.
