Forms 14c Focus is Lost when running it using FSAL mode On Java 17 64 bit

This is mentioned in document id 2857932.1 that this issue is fixed in Oracle forms 14.1.2 but we are still facing the same issue.

OFM server - Linux 9.4

Client machine - Edition Windows Server 2022 Standard
Version 21H2
OS build 20348.3692
Please help!
