Forms 12.2.1.19 - OLE2 calls make App crashed

Hello,

We are facing systematic crash of our application when using OLE2 (on server side, with Forms OLE2 built-in).

We have axactly the same problem (with scenario to reproduce) than what is explained here :

In above doc, it is mentioned to refer to the Bug 35933061 - FORMS SERVER PROCESS TERMINATES WHEN CALLING OLE2 but neither my DBAs neither me can find this bug.

Does someone has more info about this Bug or any solution to avoid it ?

We tried to change OLE2 by CLIENT_OLE2 (from Webutil) but we have an incompatibility for one feature.

Java: 1.8.0_401 (SVR &CLT)
Forms: 12.1.1.19
DB: 19.18.0.0.0
