Could anyone help with formatting a table on OIA interview?

I am trying to create a similarly styled table on an entity container using labels, but it looks nowhere near as good:
I am not interested in using an entity collection table itself, I want to use an entity container because I need to filter and dont intend to add/remove instances.
If anyone has a better formatted way to do this, or any custom HTML/CSS code I could use, I would very much appreciate it! Thanks in advance
