Is there a way that I can find out if a particular page is placed or unplaced with the fatwire or GSF api? preferably by passing the cid of the page and then returning if the page is unplaced or placed?

This issue comes as fatwire does not seem to prevent unplaced pages from being accessed on the delivery server; so I need to write a snippet that would find out if a page is unplaced and if on the delivery server redirect to another page.
