Feature request - Support SSH tunneling

Hi @christian-shay-oracle,

Wondering the team will consider adding support of database connection with SSH tunneling.

Our DBCS are deployed in private subnet and accessible only within OCI network.
Currently we are using SQL Developer to access those databases with SSH tunneling which work well.
i.e. define SSH host (bastion) and then create dynamic port forwarding to establish database connections.

Yet, bug fix/improvement seems slow down a lot recently, Almost yearly revision (23.1.1 (Dec 2023) → 24.3 (Oct 2024) when compared to earlier versions (in general quarterly).
It will be great if Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code added the support so that we have options.
