Hi, I am using a brand new Lenovo laptop for development. The “Windows 64-bit with JDK 11 included (Version 22.2.1.234.1810 - September 12, 2022)” was the one I have downloaded. When I tried running the sqldeveloper.exe, the splash screen pops up and the loading bar will progress to 5%, then closes.
I tried running in cmd and the following are the errors (I do hot have any IDEs installed yet):
**

I was wondering what would be the cause for my issue?
