Extract Pump is ABENDING

Hi Team ,

When i started the abended extract pump process then it started and in some time again abended.

We found below error in the ggserr.log

2024-08-27 16:20:06 INFO OGG-00993 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, rms_pump.prm: EXTRACT RMS_PUMP started.
2024-08-27 16:20:36 ERROR OGG-01224 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, rms_pump.prm: TCP/IP error 111 (Connection refused), endpoint: sheldasde2.opc.oracleoutsourcing.com:1522.
2024-08-27 16:20:36 ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, rms_pump.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.

Could you please suggest, Even after restarted Manger and Extract on sources and on Target Manager and Replicate processes still we are getting same error.
